My history with power cords has come a long way. When I played with power cords about 20 or 25 years ago, I didn’t hear any significant difference with all those cords. They either sound the same or there’s a slight difference not worth mentioning. A caveat is the cords I tried are mostly below $100 with the costliest "premium" cord costing $300 which I bought from a member here on the ’Gon.
Fast forward to today, well, last year to be precise. I finally made the plunge and bought some cords costing above $2,000 each. Initially I bought one for the amp but got a 2nd one for the DAC after hearing what the 1st one did to the sound. The biggest money I have paid in my life for some wires. The rest is history. Yes, I finally heard a nice difference as the cords transformed the system and brought it to a higher level of performance.
Good to hear the Grover cord has lived up to expectations.
