Bang for buck, what are the best high-current power cords for power amps/sub amps? Seems an obvious question but I haven't found it in the AG archives.
Surprised to learn there is a Shunyata (barely) within my range. If the sound is as impressive as the words I've just read about it, a definite contender.
@ozzy thanks for the warning about plastic parts. Many of the cables recommended here do use plastic at the terminals -- one reason why they fall in the "budget" category, no doubt. I will certainly explore durability record before buying anything with plastic.
hickamore, I have had 2 different brands that use plastic IEC/AC that have shattered under pressure due to stiffness and too much twisting. I guess if you are aware of the plastic, take special precaution, and it may not be an issue.
