Jim, very good that you made the trip both safe and sound.  Welcome back to So Cal.  Really warm in So. Cal. for November at 88 degrees today.  Sure hope it cools off and that it rains.  We need the precipitation, desperately.

For those who want a good taste of nostalgia, in a high quality reissue, MoFi has released the Iron Butterfly "In-A-Gada-Da Vida" on SuperVinyl, mastered from the original master tapes and pressed at RTI.  Not cheap, at $59.99.  It's limited to 3,000 numbered copies.  Great fun and depth of organ music.  If you are interested they are available only at Music Direct and also direct purchase from Mobile Fidelity.  I ordered a copy last week from MoFi and received it today.  Number 1090.  If they are making 1,000 copies from a stamper (usually the case) then I have number 90 on the next stamper.  Ha!

I forgot to mention, I saw Iron Butterfly in 1970.  The Swing Auditorium, somewhere around 10th row, slightly off center stage.  I remember it to this day.😊

@big_greg Love that album FLC is a fun band.

I am listening to:

Radiohead, Hail To The Thief, XL HS Master.

Beck Bogart & Appice Epic 1973
