Yup. I have to ground myself off the metal Lally column before touching the headshell lift. Otherwise...

I hear ya. Luckily my rack that holds my SOTA has a metal frame, so back to reminding myself to tap it a couple times before I grab the headshell.

Still spinning silver discs today, so don't have to worry as much.....today.
