Isotek EVO3 Syncro UNI

How much improvement you hear will depend entirely on how "dirty" the electricity coming into your house is in the first place.  "Cleaner" AC--law of diminishing returns.

I don't own the EVO3 Syncro UNI.  I own a Titan (used with power amps) and an EVO3 Sigma (source components and linestage).  I bought them after hearing a compelling demonstration of their products at a dealership.  They make good power products.

My understanding is the the UNI is primarily used to kill DC on the line that would cause transformers, particularly toroidal transformers, to physically emit hum (not hum coming from a speaker).  Is this what you are trying to achieve?  It is noise coming from the speakers, their other power treatment might be a better choice.  At the dealer demonstration, I was impressed with their basic power strip--it reduced most of the noise on the line, with higher up products delivering a smaller increment of improved sound, albeit, at a considerable increase in price.  The treatment improves the sound even when there is no actual "noise" that one is hearing in the system.

They also have the syncro power cable, which is expensive at $2k but if you use it in conjunction with one of their power conditioners you get then benefit of both.  I have the syncro plugged in to the Evo Sigmas, and find it to be a great combo.  I have no Idea how ‘much’ DC I have on my line, and I have no hum in any equipment I have ever used without the Syncro, but having tried several other cables between the wall and the Sigmas I found the Syncro to yield the smoothest and most refined results.  I always plug my amp(s) directly into the wall, though, important to note.  So my results are for other components.
