Musical Fidelity - Anthing Going On With Them?


I bought an A5 CD player months back. All of a sudden, something went wrong with it and I took it back to the dealer I bought it from to get repaired under warranty. It's been 2 months now. I keep being told they're "waiting for parts." Has anyone else experienced this kind of "service" from Musical Fidelity recently? I tried looking up their website, and I can't seem to link to it at all.
