@david_ten I've got mixed feelings about it being cancelled. As a fan of the anime, the adaptation gave me everything I could want to have. I feel full. I don't know if it would stand alone, without my deep CB fanboy roots as a series, but I was really happy with what I got.

Cowboy Bebop was fun. Never watching the anime it still stood on its own for what it is. As for the jazz I enjoyed the music of The Eddy and Coisa Mais Linda (Girls from Ipanema) I am not a robot ... yet |
@erik_squires I'm with you. I wish it had been renewed for a second season to see where / in which directions they took it. What they did with this version was good and interesting. Certainly challenging to pull off. |

I'm nearly a year and a half late to this thread, but it was my kids who turned me on to CB music almost 20 years ago. Can't remember if it was my daughter or youngest son who bought the "Blue" soundtrack as a teen but I thought it was great. So great in fact I later added the "Original CB Soundtrack" and "Cowboy Bebop Remixes Music for Freelance Original Sound Track" to my collection. All good stuff. |
