New HD DVD Player - which isolation device to use?

I've got a new Toshiba HD DVD player on it's way. Does anybody have suggestions on which isolation devices would be best to use? I'd like to keep the cost reasonable...maybe under a hundred bucks. There's so many varying opinions...I'd like to hear what everybody thinks.

Thanks,

I would say any cd base/device---What about your tv? 1080p? ---What about which hdmi cable?--These things matter, just as much.
My TV is a Pioneer PRO-520 CRT set. I'll be connecting using component cables which will supply a 1080i signal to my set. It's a shame but my set does not accept HDMI.

Are you trying to improve the longevity of the device?

No...I'm just trying to get the most performance out of it for audio and video. I was thinking of maybe some Herbie's Iso-Cups with the Gabon ebony ball. Any thoughts??
