@astolfor While I appreciate your note, it hurts having my business and employees defamed and misrepresented here on this forum. And you did that. I can copy pages and pages full of e-mails and text messages to you. How can you say silence from Upscale Audio? Does Kat deserve that? You have been treated with the utmost respect. We have checked on your order constantly, and updated you. The rack went from Switzerland to France, where a container was being filled, then shipped. I can't change that and the worldwide shipping crisis. None of this constant drama will make things move a day faster. What it DOES do is slow down our response time to others during a Christmas where there are epic shortages and EVERYONE's waiting. I told you I bought a rack and it took four months. I was unhappy about it, but I didn't go out and say things that aren't true about it. I'll put you on the phone with the regional VP for the importer. She'll tell you what you already have been told. What she will do, only because it's for ME, is drop ship everything to you so it doesn't have to come here first. Something they never do, but I asked for a big favor. The boat with the amp is SUPPOSED to be in port the 2nd. Our import guy has been excellent in getting containers off and to us. But I am at the mercy f the longshoreman and have no control over them. None of it. Nothing you or I can do to change it. Regardless of all that, please don't go on some forum and say stuff about Kat and my company. She doesn't deserve it, and neither do I. If Kat saw this she would hit the roof. And I would support her. This forum amazes me with the stuff people say. It's really incredible.
