Dynaudio Pricing

Does anybody have any idea what price I should list my pair Dynaudio 1.3SE Monitor Speakers at? I also have a pair of Contour T 2.5 Speakers and a center channel Contour T 2.1 speaker. I would like to get rid of all speakers. All speakers are the light maple finish. Thanks

start a bit high and see what happens

you can always adjust the price if no bites

roughly half price is common for items that are 5 - 10 years old in my experience
take the MSRP when new, deduct 20% and then deduct another 40% from that figure. You now have 'fair market value, assuming the units are less then ten years old. Ignore Blue Book

Only a fool would sell at 60% off..especially Dynaudio,IMO
He didn't suggest selling at 60% off. He suggested selling at 52% off. 0.8 x 0.6 = 0.48
I believe the Contour 1.3SE used to be Dynaudio's top-range bookshelf monitor before the Confidence range was launched. They are about the same level as the current S1.4, perhaps close to the Confidence C1's performance. Some folks may pay close to used S1.4 prices for the 1.3SE even though they don't cost much during their days. I wouldn't be surprised if the 1.3SEs list for 20% or 30% off their MSRP in today's market, since the current prices of most high-end gear(Dynaudio higher-end models being one of them) have been inflated.
I would think if they were a solid "8" you should have an easy sale at $1700. Maybe a little better if they are a premium finish like a Birdseye maple.
They are an excellent speaker perhaps bested only by the Dynaudio Special 25's.
