Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

Steely Dan - "The Royal Scam" - Listening with my 18 y.o. son... Priceless

Hey @noromance , I noticed immediately on a lp with acoustic instruments how much more lifelike they sound. The plucked strings, the guitar body resonance, the ambience and decay are all improved. On certain recordings the treble extension and air seems ongoing. Of course the bass is very full and weighty yet defined and musical. The midrange is just more prominent and again, lifelike. Can’t wait for the Podiums..
