Awesome Brian! Enjoy them in good health. Steve, glad to have passed along my recommendation on that album. It really is a treat to listen to. John Klemmer - Barefoot Ballet I know, I know..."smooth jazz" Hey, I like the album. And back in the day, you play this with a girl over to the house and it's a guaranteed good night (wink, wink)😁 John Lee Hooker - It Serve You Right To Suffer Analogue Productions 45rpm. Now this is a heck of an album. Just amazing! AP/QRP is fabulous in what they do. Jeff Beck - Truth MoFi Gain 2 Ultra 45rpm. I bought this last year as a limited issue, #2,074/5,000. I think that MoFi did a bit of a smiley face in their mastering of this album. Too bad, because the retrieval of musical information is definitely greater than what I hear on my early period press. And the grade of vinyl is vastly superior. But I think the tonal character on my older album is better. |
Thanks Greg. Yea, I am fascinating by myself thinking I need more than one amp 😁 I was always more an integrated type of guy, maybe a tuner added to it back in the day. Now, I have a separate pre, phono pre, DAC, and of course, two separate amps. lol. No tuner, but I do believe my old one is around here somewhere. |
@bkeske I like big amps and I cannot lie, you audio brothers can't deny! |
