It might help to know why it was that you replaced the diaphragm in the first place. Perhaps remaking some of the crossover connections if they are spade type, or resoldering if they aren't. If the replacement was due to a component in the cross over going short, burning the voice coil, and then going open after that, it may be an easier fix.

just replaced diaphragm in 077 ,works normal [no I did not test with a 9 volt battery-never have] *,multimeter- Also Connected tweeter to another system. The tweeter IS working normal < the l pad is Working Normal. no signal from my cabinet. Being just a music lover and nothing else ,my conclusion is the Problem lies in the crossover
