Harmon Kardon Citation 12 Amp with Buzz sound
Is it normal to hear a low buzz with just HK Amp connected only to speakers....
....No Pre- amp ?

I don't think so but hook up the full system and see if still makes noise. I remember my Citation 12 as being dead quiet.
