Tried out yet another set of 12au7’s in the Trumpet. Amperex made for HP. Nice, but the CBS-Hytron will remain. I’m beginning to understand just how good they are in comparison to others I have. Sandy Denny - Gold Dust. Her last concert/recording. UMC/Island 2022 RSD release. Cleaned it twice more, and a bit more acceptable. QC was not great on this pressing, but nice to have none the less.
