803D3 Help

Maybe this is the wrong place to do this, but I would like to solve this problem. Went to move my recently purchased 803D3’s and well the speaker isn’t attached to the plinth? I attached some photos, it is like this on both speakers. What part do I need, how on earth do I put that part on? I have no clue where to start, any advice is helpful, thanks.
