Is the VPI Forum Down Again?

I've tried to access it all day and all I get is a 404 error code.

VPI is attempting to retrieve the old content. To date, no success. VPI attempted to build a new forum but soon found out that they were out of their depth of expertise and decided to scrap it and hire a professional web designer.

Yet, if Go Daddy did, how on earth could they not be held responsible??
