Are Their any Tube Preamp with Home Theater Bypass?

Does anyone have experience with a decent tube based preamp with a home theater bypass feature?

And no , not any preamp will work if you want it to sound half way decent. The proper HT bypass eliminates the volume , the input is unity gain The receiver or HT pre pro is the master volume when watching video.
