DIO, Sacred Heart

I owned the cassette about 36 years ago. Girlfriend and I watched the DIO documentary a couple of weeks ago and Ronnie James Dio was an incredibly talented man!

I went to the local vinyl shop yesterday and there it was, an original copy in great condition. I'm really, really enjoying it!

I integrated my subwoofer back into the system before picking up the album. Perfect timing!!!

As you might have guessed it was 80's night! Yes, it was cut short by 1 album played due to an unexpected visitor. Springsteen finished last in SQ with a very sharp digital edge.

Joe Jackson / Night And Day
2016 Intervention RE, orig. 1982

Nice remastering, not as ‘in your face” as the original can be at times. But I like some of that, keeping both copies. RTI pressing, super quiet.
