choosing receiver

using Pioneer( Andrew Jones series)-80w to 130w input speakers, what is a good home theater rec for these, what size watt should I not exceed

It's great receiver even if your speakers desire more power. On the other hand, there's no such thing as excess power unless you really want to crank it hard. You'll be fine even with 500wpc one.
