Tonearm chatter?

I have a Pro-Ject Carbon turntable with an Ortofon Red cartridge and was wondering if there is a way to eliminate "chattering" noise.

Sounds like the armtube is resonating. It is most notable between tracks.

Cleaned the records but still hear this noise.

Anyone aware what might be causing this and how to eliminate it.

The term is just to general. My first thought when I read chatter was tracking pressure to light… but that is just a reaction to the word chatter. I have never heard a sound remotely like that from a TT.
