Denon 1650 v Rotel 975, 971 or Apollo

I compared the 1650 vs the original planet a few years back and the Denon won handily in my home trial...however... the apollo is supposed to be far more nuetral and transparent than the older Regas...one thing the Denon does far better than most in this range is soundstaging and imaging...one reviewer commented on its "nice spread of sound"...its a great player and very well constructed...especially used...good luck...
