Is there a "Help" Thread?

Strangely I seem to no longer be able to edit my system page or post pics in the forum.

When on a thread trying to post I click the picture Icon and get a URL edit menu. Dragging and dropping no longer works. What am I doing wrong?

In the past I was able to find the "My System Edit Page", but now I can't seem to find it. Any Help is appreciated.

I don't think it was meant to be disparaging. Thats how I took it anyway.
