Fuses sometimes located inside the chassis. Normally upon replacement of the bad fuse you will have another bad fuse after you try to turn it back on, but that’s just small risk of testing equipment. Next step would be testing power supply... as @fuzztone mentioned 4 years is LARGE nowdays when everything else usually works for few months before failing |
Opened it up - the fuse was toast. The fuse is a T2AL250V - there were none of these available anywhere locally, so I got a T2A250V - roached both in beautiful arc flashes. I've ordered the specific fuse type and expect delivery on Monday.
Hoping this solves the problem and there isn't something else downstream in the power supply. |
