Fritz Carbon 7 SE MKII

I purchased a pair of Carbons about four months ago. I agree with the positive comments posted here. 

Mine are on the long end of a 15 x 20 untreated room that has an area rug, sectional couch, and drapes. They are three feet from the sidewalls and two feet from the front wall. I sit about ten feet away. Very good sound stage left to right and in depth. One can move around a bit from the "sweet spot" and still get soundstage and focused images.

Also, the speakers will let you hear amp and source changes.

No sharp highs but the detail is there and acceptable bass for me...very enjoyable.

It was good to connect with you by phone about the Fritz speakers. 

Fritz has been making speakers for 50 years.

I am pretty sure he works alone and yet he permits home trial on his speakers.

He knows you have to judge for yourself, in your space, with your gear. 

Fritz's return policy acknowledges the basic needs of the audiophile.

Whatever you choose, I hope you enjoy your next set of speakers.
