Outlae RR 2160 please help!

The unit won't turn on. The blue light on the power button is pulsing on and off. I have unplugged and plugged the unit back on. I checked all speaker wires—no shorts. Has anyone experienced this? Please help!

I bought this unit new for $799. I do love this receiver a lot, but the shipping itself is a large proportion of the price! Yikes!
