Anyone try the new node update ? After the last update I'm afraid to.

I despise updates that don't allow you to roll back. I've sitting on an update for my Mytek Liberty 2 DAC for 2 YEARS.

As for BluOS and all the other programs, I wish ONE of them would get it right! For example: the search function and the sort function are miserably excecuted. I've see complaints online since the earlies versions of BluOS and the have never done a goddam thing!! I think BluOS is the best of the breed (that I've used) and it still sucks.

@rick_n

I have been annoyed by that same problem you mention, also from the prior update.

Typically, I wind up returning to the album, either in my "Favorites" or through a search, and that way return to the album.  An adequate workaround, but it's annoying to have to do it.

I haven't noticed any improvements these updates have made, has anyone?

@jbuhl   I think your software-engineer friend has a good point.  As often as not, the updates I've made, whether on my Apple laptop or audio gear, don't seem to improve them for me as often as they create problems.

@lowrider57 I found a workaround for the disappearing que problem.  Let's say that you have 10 songs in your current que.  If you search an album and just hit the album it will delete your que and replace it with the album you selected,

The workaround:  If you want to add an album and retain your que, hit the 3 dots (aka hamburger) next to the album and you get options.  If you hit "add next", it will insert the album after what ever is playing and retain the que.  If you hit "add last" it will add the album at the end of your que and retain everything above it.  Hope this helps, cheers.

 Actually, a couple of days ago I realised that procedure would work. But it only took a second for me to screw up and click on an album in my Favorites. Queue status...gone.

I do appreciate you sharing this workaround with the forum.
