??? 220v Audiophile Grade Ground Lifting Plug???

There is a very good possibility I will be taking an 18 month job contract in the Philippines next year..If this happens I will absolutely be taking a small, decent sounding hi fi system based on active speakers & a small tube Pre Amp/DAC/Headphone Amp with me..
Does anyone know of an audiophile Grade Ground Lifting Plug similar to the Synergistic Research Quantum Ground Lifter plug(only 120v Rated) that will handle 220v?
I would like to take a few with me just in case I run into Type A outlets as my power cables will likely have Type B plug ends...
Thanks much,take care..

Freedriver, you can just buy transformer there that has 120v. Just ask the store they know. Enjoy it’s as very nice country.Lots of nice beaches, and resorts.Iam raise there until 24 yrs old. I still visit there. Locals are friendly and speak English.

I have a vague recollection from back in the early '80s,  of when I was stationed in the RPI, of plugging my strobe light into an outlet in an off base apartment I was living in, and smoking my strobe light.  As I remember, it sure looked like a 110 outlet, but I guess it must not have been.  If I remember correctly, it was the outlet the refrigerator was plugged into.  There were other outlets in that apartment that i did successfully use to run a boom-box off of.

ALL the equipment I would be taking is rated for 120v-240v & all have IEC connectors for power cables...I will be buying new 240v/20a power cables with grounded Type B plug ends, which most newer housing, motels, condo's will accept just fine..I simply want a few good Ground Lifting plugs that won’t muck up the sound & will handle 240v/20a just in case I do get stuck in some older housing that only has 2 prong,Type A,ungrounded plugs...
