GP acoustics is the USA distributor that I go thru. Look up your amazon purchase history and provide that when you call. GP acoustics has sold me replacement tweeters for my R105/3's out of warranty. but I expect they'll give yuo an authorized service center for any warranty work. I've had a kef product of 1 model or another since 1990 and I've never had any service issues.
Need help with KEF warranty
I bought a Kef KC62 subwoofer almost 2 years ago (22 months). The amp in this thing is suddenly generating a lot of noise - all on its own (even with no inputs connected and with volume all the way down).
I checked the Kef website and their sub amps have a two year warranty. The website also said that it has to be returned to the "Authorized" Kef dealer that I bought it from. I bought mine from Amazon. I'm sure most people who buy basic Kef products don't buy them from Authorized sellers - those places are few and far between. How many pairs of LS50s get sold per year? Who buys them from specialty dealers?
I didn't register this sub either - it's a pretty basic product, and a good one - until it wasn't.
Any help would be appreciated.
