A day in the life of an audiophile

I have been involved in construction for a long time, pneumatic hammer drills are bliss, even low flying Jumbo Jets are as well, when compared to the F15 - F35 Fighter Jets doing their After Burner thing at the not too Distant Airbase.

Waiting in at the dollar tree,wondering if I shut my tube amps off and the lady in front of me has a full cart ,then she wants 10 balloons. Really.

So I am at the park again. How loud can an 8 year old girl scream?

And the answer is. . . . .120dB.

Good news is I found my high frequency hearing ability is A-okay

You do not  often see ads on TV for audio gear so i was interested to see what Bose would be pushing when their ad came on.

Looked like some kind of earbuds. I guess that is where the most profit and general consumer interest lies.
