Greetings.

Yesterday in did a firmware update on my RZ-50, (long time waiting).

The update made my system more refine & open. A+

I went through a few movies, 2 Guns, The Patriot & Battleship, the separation throughout the 5.2.1 was an eye opener.

Later in the early evening I downloaded the Dirac Live Base upgrade (Black Friday deal). Then I played the same movies again from Netflix, also original play earlier in the day, & WOW! That upgrade tightened up the base, & also blended the base as it took away my sub. Before the upgrade I can tell where my MK-125 was. My upfronts ar B&W 804-N, rears are B&W 803 Matrix & my front heights are B&W-805s. Over this weekend I’m going to relocate the 805s (more separation). Right now the 804s are 7’ apart & the 805s are 9’ apart & 18'', behind the 804s. I’m REALLY impressed how my system reacted to both upgrades, it was well worth the effort. Happy Holiday everyone!
