Xangsane SP-9001AG silver interconnect

So, encouraged by friends I've bought some bulk Xangsane SP-9001AG silver cable.

The cables has two squarish/flat solid core silver conductors (purity supposed to be 4N), one silver plated copper drain wire, teflon, cotton, copper foil, and finally silver plated copper mesh.

Jacket says OCC.

Well, it's been playing in my system since a couple of days, burn-in is far from being over, but I can already tell this is a very very good cable, with great tonality, fantastic transparency, dynamics, taut and strong bass... this is the best cable I've heardin my system (by hundreds of miles), and according to some friends you need to go very, very high in price to find a better silver cable.

@ullodea

I just received the interconnects last night and I am very happy with them.

I don't mean to highjack this thread but if you have not looked at this other thread on Audiogon, perhaps you might want to (made in the USA, 30 day money back guarantee, sounds very good, at a very reasonable price, but more expensive then ordering from China etc.)

@lak

I'm not making any criticism of Veritas cables as I haven't heard them, but I will say that these Xangsane, their top interconnect model, are $145.00 plus tax whereas the Veritas are $349.00 as an introductory price and are not their top model. In addition to that, I thought that their description was very circumspect.  They don't specify metal used for wire or RCA's (they say they use what's best for each model), and then say that they don't want to confuse the potential buyer with too many details, which sounds ridiculous to me.

Xangsane says what they use as well as showing a detailed cutaway of the internals. The wire is sillver and the RCA's are gold plated copper.

@roxy54 I totally understand what you are saying. If you contact them through USAM or possibly their website they will and have shared all the information with who ever asks. I know, not as convenient as a fast read on a website or in an ad. Perhaps something they should consider.
