Anyone in on this ? I sent in paperwork 4 weeks ago requesting refund. Haven't heard anything yet .Realize its going thru a law firm, just wondering what others experience has been so far. TIA
It's like going to a vegetarian restaurant and finding out they cook everything with lard and the chef justifying it by saying, "But you loved the taste of the food." LOL.
@winoguy17: The last time I contacted MoFi (before I received my refund and credit), they explained that they were processing requests in alphabetical order (I assumed it would be chronologically). The first letter of my last last name is in the middle of the alphabet, is yours near the end?
