Esoteric Support - nonexistent???


I have a DV-50 remote control which has stopped working and I have tried every method listed on the Esoteric/Integra website with no luck.  The phone number just rings and rings... I sent an email literally last December with no reply.  I'm shocked at how poor this companies service has become.

Does anyone know how to get help with an Esoteric product?

I love their equipment, but c'mon guys - at least answer the phone.

I will probably be listing an Esoteric DV50s here on Audiogon. They are very good SACD players and the CD filters do make playing older CDs worthwhile. Like all my gear, this one is well cared for. Let me know if interested?

Hello! Uncertain if anyone monitors this thread from umpteen years ago but going to give it a shot,

This is a 2025 follow-up to the above thread. Before I go down the Esoteric service rabbit hole; is TEAC still the way to go for legacy Esoteric parts & service??? 

Have a UX-3Pi in need of drawer adjustment (servicing) and I'm also missing all the required small top-deck retaining screws.

When I removed top to determine if the tray extension mechanism had an obvious issue (it did not - seems to be just an adjustment issue), I put the screws aside in a "safe" place (where I would remember them when it came time to re-secure the top) wanted to keep easy access available in case Esoteric service requested pics, etc. (That was BEFORE I read disappointing support thread!) 

Of course, I now have  NO idea of where I put the plastic bag containing them. As soon as I receive a replacement set, the originals will show-up; its karma.
