@immatthewj Neither, you are how old? 12?
Are there any recording artists you just can’t listen too?
For me there is one that has always been top of the list.
Edith Piaf…..l just can’t think of anything worse.
Do not get me wrong and consider my choice is in any way racist….l love to listen to music with songs in any language… Italian, French, Spanish…..
Russian and German can however be extremely demanding, but Edith Piaf (if possible in any language) is a potential harrowing experience.
Do any others on here have a similar artist, or artists that can trigger the same physical reaction?

Just asking, @texasblues1959 , as you did imply a few posts ago that you had some issues with urinary incontinence. I am sure you cannot help it and I hope that no one judges you for that. But back to the OP, I was intrigued by the ‘Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska: A Celebration in Words and Music’ as there were some pretty good artists paying tribute to The Boss by covering him, but when they allowed Lyle Lovett to do a cover . . . yuk . . . and if one cover by LL wasn’t bad enough . . . they let him do TWO covers! YUK!! Totally ruined that one. |
Now that his secret is out, @mylogic , it can never be completely discounted. |
The fact that so many of the artists that people mention is being absolutely miserable to listen to have hundreds of millions of devoted fans and Decades of legacy simply speaks to the relative quality of music appreciation. I'm not sure why people are getting bent out of shape just because someone doesn't like their preferred artist. That's something high school kids do, not adults. |
