Are there any recording artists you just can’t listen too?

For me there is one that has always been top of the list.

Edith Piaf…..l just can’t think of anything worse.

Do not get me wrong and consider my choice is in any way racist….l love to listen to music with songs in any language… Italian, French, Spanish…..

Russian and German can however be extremely demanding, but Edith Piaf (if possible in any language) is a potential harrowing experience.

 

Do any others on here have a similar artist, or artists that can trigger the same physical reaction?

No Matty you get the benefit of the handicap, not like in golf, that you are handicapped that is. My parents told me to not pick on the kids who take the short bus and lick windows.

In the music world, Springsteen is a conman. Bad songs, bad performances. Good marketing. Craps sells if people are told that it's cool. 
On the other hand, Queen was just brilliant, they needed no marketing.

Ha ha!

The masterpiece of the 20th century, Darkness On The Edge Of Town, with  greats like Badlands, versus utter dog crap such as Jazz with basically bubblegum caliber tunes like Fat Bottomed Girls?  Going back to many many posts ago, Freddy Mercury is someone else who would have been honored to carry Bruce’s jock strap.  Enough said about that.  Next contender?

So refreshing to see I'm not the only one to find Bruce intolerable. Bad voice, shitty band and the subject of his songs lame. But he seems to be a nice enough guy.

From born in the USA- only a strapper would write " I'm a cool rocking daddy from the USA.
