Are Their any Tube Preamp with Home Theater Bypass?

Does anyone have experience with a decent tube based preamp with a home theater bypass feature?

Probably already mentioned but most of the newer ARC preamps have a Unity Gain input

I’m trying to do something a little different.
Add a tube preamp to connect my 3 different amps (2 bridged mono for the bottom speaker terminals and a 3rd amp for the high speaker terminal) and my 4 subwoofers. Only input is my RME ADI2 DAC FS  which I currently use as my DAC and preamp with too many y splitters from both the RCA and XLR outputs.
Current SQ is excellent. +/- 3db on a Harman Curve from 30hz to 17k hz.

Ideally, this preamp has multiple XLR inputs and multiple XLR and RCA outputs so I can connect the amps and subs. No EQ is necessary. Remote is highly preferred.

I want to use the HT bypass to bypass the tube preamp stage and allow me to use the RME as my preamp. My research indicates that many HT bypass still engages the tube preamp stage which defeats my intention.

Is there something that could do this? I can’t wrap my head around how I could connect everything cleanly and eat my cake by bypassing the tube preamp with a push of a button.

All constructive help is greatly appreciated.

The Backert Labs Rhumba Extreme 1.4 might fit the bill.  At least it does not need to be turned on when in the Bypass mode so it will avoid the tubes.
