Might as well add my name to the pile of pissed off "customers" who have paid good ol' Brad and still have no shipping info almost two weeks later!

I really don't trust this guy, and I get a really bad feeling about his operation.  I just want my 700.00 back and I'm willing to deal with my stock cables.  

Hey Brad, get your crap together and stop pissing people off

I recently had a wonderful, professional and friendly experience with Brad and Revelation Audio Labs. I talk about it here under the amps preamp section. Started another one here on the cables section. Do not know what Brad's situation was during these mishaps, but likely just a handful of unhappy folks. I knew of others having wonderful experiences with Brad and RAL, encouraging me to make the jump. MrD. 

I too had a great experience with Brad.

Great cables but pretty much hit or miss working with Brad. My first cable purchase   went great with no issues and it shipped fast. My second cable I bought a used USB cable that wouldn’t work with my streamer but worked with a laptop?  Sent it to Brad in October and he promised to replace it.  Poor communication…seldom responds to email/voice mail.  When he does respond he says the cable is on his workbench and will ship out by the end of the week.  Still no cable after several promises in 6 months.  It is so bad I just have to shake my head and laugh it off.  Just maybe some day it will arrive and actually work🤞.
