...they're back....

Assuming this thread is about the Doobie Brothers touring? Anyway, I saw them when they did their ‘Taking It To The Streets’ tour. I went because Jeff ‘Skunk’ Baxter was with them and I was a big Steely Dan fan in the 70’s. They were a very rehearsed band but I thought, if I have to hear ‘Black Water’ again, I’ll go insane and that’s exactly what happened.

I saw The Doobie Bros in 2016 and they absolutely killed it. The front of house sound was sublime and the band just steam rolled through their set to the point that people waiting in line for a beverage turned around to watch the band and they paused serving .... and I am not a DB fan.

Long live music.

Saw them at Carrowinds around 1976. Skunk "mooned" the crowd as the show ended.
