Do people hate Eversolo on here? Or is it liked some?

Happy A8 owner for almost a year now. Use it as streamer, DAC and Pre. Sounds great. App is great. Updated frequently. Tidal Connect works well. I listen more than ever.

I don’t have an opinion on Eversolo specifically but my sense is on par with others here about customer service and dedication to helping buyers of the company’s products. I think the reason Bluesound has had success is not that they have the best sounding streamers, it’s because they sell affordable streamers that sound good, have a good set of features, an easy user interface and OS and they have good customer service. I have a Node X with the Teddy Pardo power supply running into a PS Audio Directstream DAC. It’s great sound and an easy interface for music.

It’s inexcusable to me that a company has no customer service, and streamers are something where you may well need it at some point.  I have an iFi Zen Stream, and although it sounds good I have an issue I can’t resolve and their customer service is likewise abysmal.  Never again.  Do yourself a favor and go with Innuos or Aurender. 

Fine by me - I've got an A6 and am very happy with it; good value for money, and I'd look into their other products, too..

The salesman at my dealer said the a8 is the best he heard hands down for that price category. Thinking about buying a a8
