Volti audio upgrades for klipschorns

I bought a pair of Klipschorns in 1982'  in 2018. I did a complete voting audio replacement. In addition to converting to tubes. The replacement was more than I could believe. I will not go back.  the increase in quality was more than I could have believed. I would highly recommend this conversion.

Absurd pricing is kind of relative, don't you think?

Klipsh's top speaker, the Jubilee, is by most accounts no slouch. It is priced just under 40K. Compared to most of the higher end lines, that is a laughably low price.

I'm not a Klipsh fan boy and I've never owned a pair. But someday I might, and I wouldn't be embarrassed to have them.

I've listened to the Jubilees, twice.  I found a dealer who was willing to deal and had the money in hand and the room to put them in.  I own a cheap pair of Speakerlab corner horns with some decent components powering them.  Maybe it was the dealers class d amps,  his bluesound node, his room I don't know but his Jubilees couldn't touch my $500 SLs.  All I know is I wanted to love the Jubilees but I didn't even like them.

Klipsch isn't building their heritage to price points at all. They've already doubled their prices? The hate comes from excessive pricing while lowering the quality of parts. You don't use cheaper parts and increase prices, you increase prices because you are improving parts. They're just doubling down.
