just had a terrible experience with Fuzz Audio to the extent that had to initiate a claim with my cc before Fuzz refunded my money. Just shyte customer service

I'm fairly new to tubes and recently purchased from Jim McShane. Excellent service, careful packaging, and quick shipping.  Haven't tried the tubes yet.

@hilde45 I have had numerous positive tube purchases from Valves N More. I have also built a couple of their kits & off the PCB's they sell. Best compliment I can give them is that they take the quality of their tubes very seriously. Jim & Charles do not sell junk or microphonic tubes unless noted up front. Shipping is slow in my opinion but they are Canada & I am southern US. Plus they re-test & listen on a head phone rig before shipping. Not ridiculously slow shipping but I'm not getting my tubes in 4 or 5 days. I really like the guys at Mellow Tone Kits & Valves n More (same people). Good people in my opinion. 

Other than VnM & maybe Viva for one time I have had great success on the 'bay & Reverb the last couple years. I would list a few sellers if anyone was actually interested but a couple I would probably not mention lol. Not many cheap priced but reliable sellers out there. But after avoiding the 'bay for a long time  I have been extremely happy the last 2 years or so with certain sellers.
