SSD Type Drives Better?

I've found that when sourcing music from my SSD drive it sounds better then when it comes from a regular, fast hard drive. All my computer stored music is not compressed. Your findings?

Al, thanks a lot. The good thing is SSDs are getting more affordable and hopefully as you said more reliable.

Don't you get pretty much the same benefit from iTunes plug-ins such as Audirvana which enable you to set aside a certain amount of RAM to buffer music files from disk? Audirvana Plus is only $50, a lot cheaper than any SSD drive, and a lot more versatile.

Not all SSD are made equal. Go for reliable brands than the cheaper ones. Not a lot of people know this, contrary to what most ppl think with all kinds of different brands available at Fry's, Best Buy, etc. you can count with one hand for all major flash memory makers such as Samsung, Sandisk, Toshiba.
