Silent Source

Jafant..i didn't realize at my last post that you had AR gear. i have a good friend in a nearby city that has all AR Ref gear and uses all SS 'TMR' cables and his system is superb..Good luck

Hey Jahant, I'm ultimately working toward Stage 3 Kraken power cords, but I have been spending a lot of money on my room and other gear lately. Consequently, I'm looking to get into some "decent" cords that might offer me some sonic gains and then once I build up the old audio fund I will start working toward the Krakens or something else. In the meantime I was thinking about running the Silent Source Signature line. But I've started to look into Shunyata Research cords again and I may go with their new Alpha series power cords to get me by for now. They are about the same price point as the High Current Silent Source Signature cords. Thanks for your help Jafant

As far as my other gear - I have the Core Audio Technology Linear Power Supply, SOTM server, Meitner MA-1 DAC, Pass Labs XP-30 Preamp, Pass Labs X600.8 mono blocks, Soundlab M-1PX speakers (I also have a pair of Vandersteen 5A speakers), a couple of JL audio F113 subs, with the JL Audio CR-1 crossover, Thales IC's and Thales Speaker cables, one Kraken cord to an HB designs power strip and a bunch of home made power cords.
