What isolation used between shelves and Turntable?

Do you have any experience or recommendation for the best
isolation used between the shelve Symphosium Ultra and
Simon Yorke turntable.

2/ do you have any experience or recommendation isolation
Aurios MIB 1.2 / Aurios PRO or Symphosium Roller Block II
for use with CD player, Tuner, Amps, Preamp, ects...

Thanks.

I personally believe that there should be no isolation whatsoever. The TT should be direct coupled to the floor by the rigid legs of the stand.
Ok, I've gotta ask. TWL, I don't understand (nothing new there...); since by definition we're talking about converting very minute physical vibrations into signal, why would isolation from the 'outside world' not be preferrable?

Or are you referring to something different by direct coupling to the floor? Can you shed some light on this vs. other direct coupling principles (i.e., the value of spikes on speakers, equipment racks, etc.)?

I guess while we're on the topic, what is your take on suspended vs. non-suspended 'tables? For instance, some have suggested I replace the springs in my VPI with BDR cones or similar.

Thousands of questions...

Raz, I have a Yorke. It's sitting directly onto a Neuance, the Neuance itself on upturned, rounded spikes, the whole on a dedicated stand. Marble floor. Cheers!
