What happened to Pure Silver Sound

They are only open Fri-Sun 9-7 Pacific time as per the front page of their web site.JDL

I've had the same problem. Originally, I ordered some interconnects and speaker cable. It took about a week for a rep. to call me.Well Frank was very nice and helpful. I ordered and received the cables in about 3 days from the original order date. I need to get some other items from Pure Silver Sound, but haven't heard a word. This has been about 3 weeks now. I have sent numerous e-mails and voice mails to them. Nothing! If the cables didn't sound so damn good, I would blast them on the audio, stereo equipment reviews. I don't want to do this though. Frank really is a super nice guy! The voice mail at Pure Silver Sound says that they are open to take orders 10:00 am to 7:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. Terrible customer service! Excellent cables. Is there a trade-off here?

Not very serious as a business, more a hobbiest proprietor. Lots of other good cables out there if you don't want to wait.

Because of linearity problems, silver is a poor choice for conductor material.

Corona, what linearity problems does silver have?
