Repair a warped record?

I found a really great 'demo' record...the sonics are great on it, and there's only one song per side...but the edge of it is warped so badly the stylus jumps.

Anyone ever straighten one out with heat? Pressing? What's the technique, if any?

Air Tight is coming out with a record flattener device. Not sure how well it works or anything, but the construction looks top notch and it sure seems like a great idea...
