Silver interconnects & copper speaker cable O.K. ?

Is it O.K. to mix and match or should a system consist of all copper or all silver in regard to the cabling?
Does it make a difference?
Does it matter?
Thanks and enjoy the weekend!

Who cares..when the output jack on your cd player is zinc/steel with a partial gold plate for cosmetics? This doesn't even cover the fact that the tube vs. transistor issure is a non-issue since your cd player has a one dollar op-amp as an audio section.

It makes a difference if you can hear it but as for compatibility issues, as long as it works it's not an issue.

You're just going to have to experiment with what sounds best for you.
Use what works best in your system to your ears. If a specific combo helps you to enjoy your recordings more than others, use that. It does not matter if the cables came from the Goodwill store or are made out of platinum and designed for use with NASA grade equipment. Sean
