BAT VK-D5SE

I just bought a VK-D5SE and noticed that the unit has what appears to be 4 supertubes...the manual quotes 6 supertubes as does the TAS review. I'm wondering if there is a 5DSE owner or two who could let me know if their unit has 4 or 6 tubes. I'm a bit worried that I just bought some sort of hybrid unit...please help!

The VK-D5 has six 6922 tubes, while the VK-D5SE has 4 supertubes.

Thanks very much...I checked the website and they indicate 4 supertubes also...much relief.

I would be interested in your thoughts and comparisons as to the sound of this CDP. Also any problems reading cd's?
