Emotiva Tube Amplifiers Coming In February

I was at the Emotiva traveling roadshow last Saturday in Los Angeles. During a presentation to the visitors, Emotiva's owner mentioned that the tube designs that they purchased from Bob Carver will become a part of Emotiva's amplifier lineup next year. He said the tube amp they're building will be 300 wpc. He said that it will not be a retro-looking amp with exposed tubes. He said that the tubes will be in a covered chassis for a more modern look.

The owner said that more WAF friendly speakers are forthcoming next year also. He did not say whether or not if they are based on Bob Carver designs.

The Emotiva fanboys will have another man-made deity to worship! I foresee an irrational and dangerous audio cult forming but there could be a solution...have all Emotiva owners ear wax removed and have a hearing and mental evaluation administered at the Mayo Clinic(ARC will pay). This would eliminate most of the ridiculous claims...sounds as good as ***** for 1/10 the $$$ BS!

There was once Bob Carver...
I think I'd prefer rather his authentic product.
